About Me

Hey there, I’m Mark Weisman. A hunter, foodie, health junkie, traveler, and pretty much everything in between. I’ve been hunting professionally since I got my license at 16. Somewhere along the line, I picked up cardio and healthy living, which has been a great decision because I like to eat. A lot.

I’ve been trying to add “writer” to my resume recently, which is part of why I started this blog. For some reason, it’s turned out to be harder than aiming for game in the midday sun with my legs crossed. But that’s not enough reason to give up just yet.

In the meantime, I’ll be taking it one sentence after the other as I try to chronicle my experiences of traveling the world and eating the best local dishes I can lay my hands on. I’ve been to Beirut, Quebec, Seoul, Lagos, and a few other cities. So far, I’ve found that traveling for food is not just one of the most exciting ways to fill your stomach; it’s also one of the healthiest.

I hope that you share my obsession with uncommon but healthy and delicious dishes, as that’s what this blog will be about. I’ll also be sharing lifestyle tips on how to stay healthy, as well as the best places you can go on vacation. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, and I’ll be glad to respond.
